I’ve spent my career in the beauty industry—from artistry to business development to coaching and leading teams while managing millions in revenue. Not just redesigning business models, but navigating a fast-moving, ever-changing industry.

Left brain. Right brain. Both.

With 15+ years of executive experience, I’ve always gravitated toward blending strategic business development with intuitive coaching and creative brand-building. One day I’d be mapping education programs, the next leading a launch, then pivoting to support multi-million-dollar sales.

I was equally at home in boardrooms and creative studios—always bringing heart, precision, and intention. But what fascinated me most was the people.

Their rhythms, strengths, quirks. How we blended together (or didn’t). How different energies could create something brilliant—or total chaos.

I enjoyed the work, but I was even more curious about what was driving it. Not just what people were doing, but how it felt to be them doing it. I started noticing how inner alignment—or the lack of it—shaped everything: energy, confidence, collaboration, creativity.

The deeper path.

In my late 20s, I met a numerologist who told me she was meant to teach me. I already knew astrology, but she opened a door to something deeper—into patterns, numbers, and energy systems I couldn’t unsee.

I was decoding Life Path Numbers at dinner tables long before it was “work.” It was just something I couldn’t not do.

I became certified in Transformational Coaching, attuned as a Reiki Master, and trained in NLP and leadership development—earning the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award along the way. I also studied feng shui, alongside earlier chapters like fashion school in London, beauty school, and business studies.

That blend of structure and soul shaped how I led, communicated, and designed everything around me.

(Which was kind of wild, considering I was working for luxury designer brands—leading trainings, managing teams, and hosting major artistry events—while secretly running everyone’s birth charts and Life Path Numbers to better understand how they operated.)

The aha moment.

When I started applying those same insights at work, something clicked.

What once felt playful began revealing real potential—for better leadership, stronger collaboration, and most of all, for people to feel more seen and empowered.

I didn’t pivot. I integrated. The thread was always there—just waiting to be named. And once it clicked, everything aligned.

That’s how The Eleventh House was born.

Today, I help entrepreneurs, creatives, conscious leaders—and the organizations they shape—bring more clarity, alignment, and humanity into how their people work best. Because aligned people build aligned businesses.

My goal is simple: greater awareness.
