the invitation.
The world is shifting.
People are tired of urgency, pressure, and constant reinvention.
Beneath it all is a quieter truth:
we want work that feels connected — to who we are, to why we’re here, and to the people we serve.
Real power is quieter than we’ve been taught.
It lives in presence.
In clarity.
In knowing yourself — and creating from that place.
In a culture of quick fixes and plug-and-play frameworks, it’s easy to build something that looks successful while feeling disconnected inside.
Alignment is the turning point.
It’s the bridge between who you are and the work you’re here to do.
When you understand your energy, you return to yourself.
You make decisions that feel honest.
You lead with intention.
You move through the world with more ease.
That’s the invitation of this work —
to stop pushing toward a version of yourself you don’t even want —
and to return to the one that already exists within you.
The Philosophy.
We’re living in a moment where the way we define success is changing.
Emotional intelligence. Energetic awareness. Identity.
These shape how decisions are made, how people collaborate, and how work is experienced.
The Eleventh House exists to support this shift.
This work isn’t about optimization for performance’s sake.
It’s about coherence — between who you are and how you work.
At this level of understanding, work starts to mirror who you actually are.
the method.
The Eleventh House approaches work through a deeper understanding of how people function — emotionally, energetically, and in real-world environments.
The work draws from emotional intelligence, executive psychology, and intuitive systems including astrology, human design, and numerology to identify the patterns that shape how people operate.
Rather than forcing people into predefined models, the focus is on recognizing what already works — and learning how to lead and create from that place.
At its core, the method is about identifying what supports someone’s most grounded and effective state — and learning how to lead and create from that place.
The intention isn’t to define or categorize people, but to clarify what already works, so it can be used with greater precision and impact.
Across everything we do, the same lens applies: clear insight, thoughtful structure, and respect for how people actually function.
When you understand how you operate best, the work you do begins to feel more meaningful.

“From corporate boardrooms to cosmic systems, my work has always been about alignment — who you are, how you work, and the story you’re here to tell.”
The Eleventh House was founded by Nikki Krause — a leader, educator, entrepreneur, and self-awareness–led business designer who applies emotional intelligence and energetic awareness to real work.
With over 15 years of experience across corporate leadership, brand development, entrepreneurship, and more than two decades of people management, Nikki has led teams, built businesses, and driven growth across multi-million-dollar portfolios.
Over time, she witnessed how even the most capable people lose themselves in the noise — chasing achievement, producing endlessly, and burning out in the process.
Today, her work helps individuals, teams, and brands translate deeper self-understanding into clearer decisions, healthier dynamics, and more aligned ways of working.
Her work is rooted in a simple truth:
When you understand your design, everything changes.
The Eleventh House is where self-awareness becomes strategy — and authenticity becomes an advantage.
Nikki is a certified Transformational Coach, Reiki Master, and NLP Practitioner, and a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award.
