the philosophy.
Creative directors shape brands. Leaders shape teams. Curators shape experiences. Hospitality shapes culture.
Different disciplines. Same question.
How do people experience what we're creating?
Identity becomes behavior.
Behavior becomes culture.
Culture becomes experience.
The scale changes. The human doesn't.
And it always comes down to the human exchange.
Founder ↔ Customer
Leader ↔ Team
Brand ↔ Audience
Environment ↔ Nervous System
Team ↔ Guest
Artist ↔ Participant
Both sides shape the outcome. Both sides feel the impact.
the method.
Ancient systems. Modern application.
The Eleventh House combines performance psychology, emotional intelligence, pattern recognition, and real-world business experience to better understand people.
Sometimes that looks like a report.
Sometimes it's a workshop.
Sometimes it's a training.
Sometimes it's a conversation.
Sometimes it's an experience.
The format changes based on the problem being solved.
The objective remains the same though: greater clarity.
the invitation.
What that clarity reveals depends on where we start.
Applied to a person, it reveals how they're wired to work, create, lead, and move through the world.
Applied to a team, it surfaces how people function individually and together. Where the friction lives. Where the flow is.
Applied to a brand, experience, or environment, it uncovers what people feel, remember, and carry with them. What's landing. What's missing. What would make it unforgettable.
And at the end of the day, we all just want to be seen.
That's where this starts.
the founder.
Hello. I'm Nikki.
I founded The Eleventh House after 15+ years in luxury beauty — supporting sales, marketing, and education, conducting national and international trainings, and leading large-scale brand experiences inside some of the most identity-driven brands in the world.
Across every role, event, and environment, I became fascinated by the same thing: people. How they lead. How they connect. How they engage. How they shape culture. How they define the experiences around them.
I was studying the human experience.
That curiosity became the foundation. The Eleventh House is the outcome.
It's built for people who understand that who they are and what they build are the same thing.
