The Philosophy.

Identity is the one competitive advantage that cannot be replicated.

Most strategies optimize around outputs. The Eleventh House optimizes around the person generating them.

This work exists for the ones who are ready to build from who they are.

the method.

The Eleventh House works from two integrated frameworks — applied together to create a complete picture of how you operate.

The first maps your professional strengths and workstyle across four performance dimensions. The second integrates astrology, Human Design, and numerology to map your deeper patterns — how you make decisions, move through creative cycles, manage energy, and where you're built to contribute.

The work is part strategic, part psychological, part energetic — because people operate on all three levels.

At its core: identify the conditions that support your most effective state. Then build from there.

the invitation.

The way we’ve been working doesn’t fit the way we think anymore.

The urgency. The pressure. The constant reinvention.
It works — but it doesn’t feel right.

Beneath it all is a quieter truth:
we want work that feels connected — to who we are, why we’re here, and the people we serve.

Real power is quieter than we’ve been taught.
It lives in presence.
In clarity.
In knowing yourself — and creating from that place.

In a culture of quick fixes and plug-and-play frameworks, it’s easy to build something that looks successful — while feeling disconnected it.

Alignment is the turning point.
It’s the bridge between who you are and the work you’re here to do.

That’s the invitation of this work —
to stop building a version of yourself you don’t even want — and return to the one that already exists within you.

the founder.

I founded The Eleventh House after 25 years working at the intersection of corporate leadership, luxury brands, artistry, and entrepreneurship.

Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern — even the most capable founders, leaders, and creatives were working against their own wiring. Chasing achievement in ways that didn't match how they were actually built to operate.

I started asking a different question: not what are you doing wrong — but what would be possible if the work fit the person, not the other way around?

That question became the work. The Eleventh House is the result. It’s not theoretical. It’s built from pattern recognition across hundreds of people — and from doing the work myself first.

This work sits where performance, creativity, and emotional intelligence meet. It’s built for people who understand that who they are and what they build are the same thing.

My background spans executive psychology, emotional intelligence, and pattern-based systems — including NLP. I’m also a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award.
